30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. You do not need to give a reason.

How to Request a Refund

Our payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Stripe. Refunds are issued by Stripe back to the original payment method.

To request a refund:

1. Go to billing.stripe.com and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
2. Email us at info@logicpro.academy and we will start the refund with Stripe on your behalf.

Refunds are typically processed within a few business days. The time it takes for the amount to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

After 30 Days

After the 30-day window we can no longer offer an automatic refund, but if something has gone wrong on our side please contact us — we always want to make it right.
